We started with nothing but an idea, a few buckets, and a basement.
Back when most of our friends were still figuring out their majors, we were brewing beer in Michael’s parents’ basement—chasing a dream with no experience, no roadmap, and zero formal training. Just grit, Google, and an unshakable belief that we could build something real.
People laughed. Some doubted. Others said we were too young, too naive, too bold.
They weren’t wrong—we were young, and we did have to learn everything the hard way. From late nights washing kegs to early mornings rewriting business plans, we built our first brand on trial, error, and relentless drive.
Fast forward a few years, and that basement-born idea has grown into a multi-million dollar hospitality group with three thriving restaurants and four powerhouse brands. We’ve lived the hustle, felt the pressure, and fought through the fire. And we’re still standing—stronger, smarter, and more committed than ever.
